Help for the TaskScience family beta

Before reporting a problem

  1. Confirm the phone has internet access.
  2. Tap the Calendar status at the top right of TaskScience to retry pending changes.
  3. Confirm the signed-in Google account owns the selected calendar.
  4. Leave a completed task saved locally if a Calendar write is waiting; do not recreate it just to force another write.

What to include

Include the phone model and operating-system version, whether the issue happened during sign-in, calendar selection, timing, or sync, and the approximate task time. Screenshots should not expose unrelated private Calendar information.

Never send OAuth tokens, signing files, passwords, recovery codes, or Google account recovery information.
